IPOL Hydropac HLP oils meeting ISO VG-32 to 150 requirements are blended using specially selected high viscosity index, chemically stable base oils and performance proven anti-wear, antioxidant, antirust additives. These are premium grade oils with outstanding thermal stability and high FZG rating. Application: IPOL Hydropac HLP oils are extra heavy duty type of anti-wear hydraulic oils specially required for use in oil operated fluid power systems that are subjected to shock load, variables speed, for continuous operating conditions of high severity. These oils are also use for moderately loaded industrial gears, bearing and hydraulic devices with hydro-mechanical actuators. Recommended for use in high pressure hydraulic systems (5000 psi). These are not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipments having silver coated components.

Description:IPOL Heat Transfer 550 is blended using highly paraffinic mineral oils, having high viscosity index.An exceptionally stable antioxidant package is incorporated to give oxidation stability and higher thermal conductivity. Suitable for pressurized heat transfer systems.IPOL Heat transfer fluid is Mineral Oils are preferred for use in heat transfer systems operating up to temperatures of 285°C. These systems are so designed that the heat transfer fluid is pumped to the tube furnace, gets heated and this hot oil is then passed through the process vessels from where it is returned back to the pump. An expansion tank of suitable design is connected to the suction side of the pump to take care of the variation in the volume.Salient Features: Excellent oxidation & chemical stability Good heat transfer property Low validity Non corrosive & non toxic
