Description: Natural or synthetic rubbers are hydrocarbon polymers, which depending on the chain length and the molecule shape and size are soft to hard having different properties. IPOL RUBBER OIL 701 is a aromatic type lubricant with good solvency and is compatible with most rubber polymers. Besides providing lubricity it may be used as an extender oil at locations, where colour is not an important factor. During processing of rubbers these need to be masticated in grinding / mixing machines which results in the generation of high temperatures. This generation of heat is due to internal friction between individual polymer molecules. The use of IPOL RUBBER OIL 701 not only helps lubricate the various polymers reducing the mixing temperature and the load on the Mixers/blenders but also facilitates the introduction of various additives into the rubber batch.
